Our booking conditions:
• We strongly believe in fair, commonly practised business relations at both sides,
in this sense we just skip these often incredibly terms&conditions.
• Please keep in mind our important hints for booking.
• We are working on an invoice basis which is to your best advantage. In certain cases we may ask you for a deposit in advance.
• Customer friendly, we do not charge extras at weekends, public holidays or at night.
The overall working time should not exeed 8 - 10 hrs. for safety reasons.
Therefore night travelling has to be commonly agreed before.
• The Audi A6 limousine has one of the largest trunks. Depending on travelling time, you can bring with you 2 larger suitcases plus 2-3 small baggage pieces. If we travel with only one or two guests on board, the back seat can be folded back to 1/3 or 2/3 to accommodate more luggage.
• Our offers are free, the one who books first is served first. first comes - first books. An order is only accepted, after we have reconfirmed!
• We are recommending to our customers a travel insurance - you will find many
reasonable offers on the internet for self booking.

• For children under the age of 12 and 5 feet or less ( less than 150 cm) exist very special legal norms, which we do not offer. - We can only do this on very special requests ( age, size and weight needed) with rather high additional cost. This needs time and is impossible in short term.
• Chauffeur hotel cost. We recommend that you book us on your hotel bill in the same hotel, including garage. Otherwise we charge you by hotel invoice or min. 100 € night.
• Within Germany: Daily expensens for your driver: 4 hrs. 20€, from 8 hrs. 50 € per day.
Alternatively on guests bill after common agreement.
• Outside Germany: Daily expenses by hotel and restaurant by bill or alternatively on guests bill after common agreement
• All parking, garage, entrance fees, road tolls, autobahn vignettes, ferries, railway transits, tunnel fees etc. will be charged extra.
• All prices plus VAT 19%.
